Architect

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years in preparing drawings - High end Fit out working for 5-star Hotel projects.
• Immediate joiners with UPDA preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and MS Office.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and building codes.
• Strong design coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High-rise building experience.
• Fit-out and interior works experience.
• To design plan and oversee construction projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure that designs meet client requirements local authority regulations safety standards and project timelines
• Prepare architectural designs drawings layouts and specification.
• Develop project concepts in line with client requirements and budge.
• Coordinate with engineers consultants contractors and authorities.
• Review and approve shop drawings material submittals and samples.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.
• Address design issues and provide technical solutions during construction.
