Lobby Ambassador – Chinese Speaker

• Greet and welcome guests professionally in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out guidance directions and hotel facilities information

• Provide personalized guest assistance anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

• Act as a cultural liaison for Chinese-speaking guests ensuring comfort and clear communication

• Coordinate with Front Desk Concierge Bell Desk and Guest Relations teams

• Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and discreetly

• Promote hotel services dining outlets and local attractions

• Maintain lobby presence to ensure guests feel attended to at all times

• Support VIP arrivals group check-ins and special events

• Uphold luxury brand standards grooming and etiquette at all times

Qualifications :

• Fluent in Chinese & English

• Minimum 12 years of experience in luxury hospitality guest relations or front office

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer-service mindset with attention to detail

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
