System Admin Planner

• Plan schedule and coordinate preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities
  
• Develop and manage maintenance work orders using a CMMS ensuring accurate tracking prioritization and closure
  
• Analyze maintenance data to generate reports KPIs and performance dashboards
  
• Prepare maintenance schedules weekly and monthly plans and resource forecasts
  
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis reporting and maintenance performance tracking
  
• Coordinate with maintenance operations and engineering teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks
  
• Monitor equipment history maintenance trends and failure data to support continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Maintain accurate maintenance records documentation and reports
  
• Support inventory and spare parts management by identifying material requirements and coordinating availability
  
• Ensure maintenance planning aligns with safety quality and operational standards
  
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial or Computer Engineering or a related technical field
  
• Minimum of 25 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar maintenance role
  
• Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis pivot tables formulas reporting)
  
• Strong experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order planning scheduling tracking and reporting
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Outlook PowerPoint)
  
• Ability to analyze maintenance data and generate accurate reports and KPIs
  
• Strong planning scheduling and organizational skills
  
• Good understanding of preventive predictive and corrective maintenance practices preferred with maintenance experience
  
• Strong English written and speaking
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  
• Basic knowledge of inventory and spare parts management is an advantage
  
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
