OT Junior Automation & SCADA Engineer (3–6 Years)

Role Summary
Support PLC/SCADA engineering integration testing and commissioning under senior guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in PLC logic modifications testing and troubleshooting.
• Configure SCADA/HMI screens alarms trends and basic tag mapping.
• Support integration and connectivity checks (OPC/Modbus) backups and as-built updates.
• Support FAT/SAT commissioning punch list closure and site coordination.
• Maintain engineering documentation (I/O lists loop checks basic LLD updates).

PLC Brands (Exposure Required)

• Siemens (S7-1200/1500 TIA Portal)
• Schneider Electric (Modicon M221/M241/M340 EcoStruxure)
• Rockwell / Allen-Bradley (CompactLogix – basics)

SCADA Brands (Exposure Required)

• Siemens WinCC OA
• AVEVA InTouch / System Platform (basic)
• Ignition (basic)

Requirements

• 3–6 years relevant experience in industrial automation/SCADA.
• Basic understanding of industrial communication (OPC Modbus).
• Good documentation and troubleshooting skills; willingness for site work/commissioning.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in electrical / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering
