Total Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant HSE experience. Qatar Oil & Gas Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Qatar Oil & Gas projects is mandatory. GCC Experience: The remaining 3 years may be GCC Oil & Gas experience. Certification: NEBOSH Certification is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas HSE standards, procedures and safe working practices. Good knowledge of Risk Assessment, JSA, Permit to Work (PTW), Toolbox Talks and Incident Reporting.
