Food & Beverage Hostess

Job Description

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and escort them to their tables with attentive hospitality.
• Manage reservations and seating plans smoothly, ensuring an effortless guest flow.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and friendly presence throughout every service period.
• Coordinate closely with servers and the kitchen team to keep service running seamlessly.
• Assist guests with menu guidance, specials, and restaurant information in an engaging, confident manner.
• Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Ensure the reception and dining areas remain clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Support table operations when needed, including serving, clearing, and assisting the team during busy moments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a guest‑facing customer service role, ideally within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect warmly with guests.
• Professional appearance paired with a positive, vibrant attitude that enhances the dining experience.
• Strong multitasking abilities, comfortable working confidently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and solid basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus and help elevate guest engagement.
