FM experience is mandatory 8 years of experience

• Exposure to commercial buildings IT parks hospitals malls or residential complexes

• lectrical Operations & Maintenance

• Operate monitor and maintain electrical systems including HT/LT panels transformers DG sets UPS SMDB/DBs and lighting systems.

• Carry out preventive corrective and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.

• Ensure 24/7 power availability and quick resolution of electrical faults.

• Initiate review drawing design and electrical installations for new events and additional structures to build throughout the project area.

• Monitoring all electrical PPMs and CMs in terms of operation throughout the entire project.

• Initiate review of electrical report data and analysis for all electrical works to all services providers.
