Responsibilities
Lead asset management strategies for large-scale road and infrastructure networks. Develop and monitor lifecycle plans, KPIs, and asset performance dashboards. Optimize asset utilization, maintenance scheduling, and cost efficiency. Implement ISO 55001 asset management systems. Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams for long-term asset value. Qualifications
10+ years in asset management, with proven experience on international road / highway infrastructure projects outside MENA. Civil engineering or related technical degree. Familiarity with digital asset management tools (e.g., Maximo, Infor, SAP). Strong leadership and reporting skills. IAM (Institute of Asset Management) certification advantageous. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional Details
