The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure excellent guest service efficient team performance and profitable business results. This role involves managing a team maintaining quality standards controlling costs and creating a positive dining experience.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
• Hire train schedule and supervise team members
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality cleanliness and customer service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory place orders and control beverage and labor costs
• Enforce health safety and sanitation regulations
• Manage cash handling sales reports and basic budgeting
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Implement company policies and procedures consistently

Additional Information :

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management within Middle Eastern region
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Basic financial and inventory management skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
