The Sports Club Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of a sports club. This role includes overseeing daily activities managing team organizing events and competitions handling finances and ensuring a positive experience for members and guests.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sports club
• Develop and enforce club policies and procedures
• Recruit train and manage the team
• Promote teamwork and a positive club culture
• Handle memberships fees and payments
• Plan and organize activities training sessions leagues and competitions
• Manage memberships and respond to inquiries or concerns
• Ensure compliance with health safety and safeguarding policies
• Manage risk assessments and emergency procedures

Qualifications :

• Diploma or degree in Sports Management Business or a related field
• Previous experience managing a sports club team or recreational organization
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of sports management and club operations
• Basic financial and budgeting skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
