Project Manager Arabic

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in interior fit-out and building finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising fit-out construction activities ensuring quality coordination with MEP works and compliance with design safety and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise interior fit-out and finishing works for residential commercial and mixed-use projects.
• Ensure fit-out works are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate closely with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of mechanical electrical and plumbing services with architectural finishes.
• Review shop drawings material submittals and method statements related to fit-out works.
• Liaise and coordinate with designers consultants and relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
• Identify and resolve construction issues related to finishes details and site conditions.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
• Prepare progress reports and attend project coordination and technical meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Professional certifications are an added advantage

Experience & Skills

• 15 years of proven experience in interior fit-out and building finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods materials and finishing standards.
• Excellent understanding of MEP coordination within fit-out projects.
• Experience working with consultants designers and authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural structural and MEP drawings.
• Strong leadership coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
