Job Title: Stock Control Analyst

Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to provide operational support in the planning and development of daily Supply Chain activities. The Stock Control Analyst ensures effective network-based inventory management and control and supports accurate receiving warehousing distribution expediting logistics and quality assurance of supplies.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in developing inventory management plans warehouse operations and logistics activities.

• Monitor and support daily warehousing operations in accordance with assigned schedules.

• Maintain effective network-based inventory management by updating creating tracking and ensuring visibility of inventory data across the supply chain.

• Monitor item master data entered in the system and ensure required authorized approvals are obtained.

• Monitor inspection of goods and receipts and follow up on discrepancies and damaged items.

• Liaise with investigation committees regarding item deficiencies and damages.

• Monitor purchase orders delivery schedules order changes supply status and returns.

• Provide support in expediting purchase orders customs clearance processes and insurance claims.

• Liaise with end users regarding item consumption requests and provide information related to goods evaluation.

• Notify end users of any delays in delivery of supplies.

• Monitor physical inventory counts and ensure accuracy of quantities and inventory values.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree
  OR

• Educational equivalence as per the approved Educational Equivalence Chart subject to approval from the Chief of Facilities or CEO
