Monitoring and Evaluation Cordinator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics Business Administration Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation or project management.
• Experience in preparing analytical reports and measuring impact.
• Strong skills in data analysis and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement monitoring and evaluation plans for projects and programs.
• Prepare periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) and submit them to the relevant management.
• Monitor compliance with work plans timelines and approved budgets.
• Identify challenges and risks and provide corrective recommendations.
• Evaluate performance and achievements at the strategic objectives level.
