Require a Finance Manager in Qatar

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  
• Develop and manage annual budgets forecasts and financial models to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  
• Ensure compliance with Qatars financial regulations tax laws and auditing requirements including coordination with external auditors.
  
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and KPIs identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  
• Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and cash flow management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial processes to mitigate risk and improve efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide financial insights and support business planning initiatives.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement and professional development.
  
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior management and board members.
  
• Stay abreast of evolving financial regulations industry trends and technological advancements in financial systems.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA CFA or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
  
• 25 years of progressive experience in financial management within the Financial Services industry.
  
• Proven experience in budgeting forecasting financial reporting and regulatory compliance in a Qatari or GCC-based environment.
  
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling data analysis and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
  
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS Qatari tax regulations and local financial reporting standards.
  
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
  
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities with a track record of developing talent.
  
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
  
• Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
  
• Willingness to travel within the GCC region as required.
