Quantity Surveyor

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying (mandatory)

Experience:

• Proven experience in Government projects and Consultancy firms is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates budgets and BOQs

• Evaluate tenders contracts and variations

• Monitor project costs and ensure budget control

• Prepare interim and final valuations

• Coordinate with consultants contractors and government authorities

• Ensure compliance with contract terms specifications and regulations

• Support claims final accounts and cost reportin
