Job Description: Senior Business Analyst (Qatar)

Position: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Qatar

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
  

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  

• Lead requirement workshops stakeholder meetings and gap analysis sessions.
  

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  

• Collaborate closely with project managers developers QA teams and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
  

• Support system implementation user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.
  

• Prepare detailed reports dashboards and presentations for senior management.
  

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and regulatory requirements applicable in Qatar.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  

• Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems and digital transformation projects.
  

• Proficiency in business analysis tools documentation standards and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
  

• Ability to work independently and lead junior analysts.
  

Preferred:

• Experience working in the Qatar or GCC region.
  

• Relevant professional certifications (CBAP PMI-PBA or equivalent).
