Management Solutions International (MSI) is HIRING

We are looking to hire a Documents Controller for our client in Qatar.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Familiarity with document management software and filing systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize manage and maintain all project documentation ensuring all documents are uptodate and readily accessible.
  • Review and verify documents for compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure all documentation is processed and submitted on time.
  • Track and report on document status and ensure compliance with project deadlines.
