Overview

Scope of Work : Procurement Consultant with ERP System Knowledge

Responsibilities

• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) : Proficiency in using ERP systems to manage procurement, inventory, and finance, and to integrate data across departments to improve resource management efficiency.
• Ability to Communicate with Companies and Suppliers : Effective communication with suppliers and business partners through the ERP system, including negotiation of prices and management of purchase orders.
• Experience in Procurement : Extensive experience in procurement and sourcing, including analyzing organizational needs for goods and services, and conducting feasibility studies to select the best suppliers and deals.
• Ability to Review Evaluations from Project Manager : Proficient in reviewing evaluation reports from the project manager to ensure alignment with defined goals and requirements.
• Able to analyze supplier performance and ensure deliveries meet the required standards.
• Contract Management and Negotiation Skills : Proficient in preparing and reviewing contracts with suppliers, and possessing strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
