Guest Relations Agent Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable skills in customer service and guest relations.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
• Support the Guest Relations team with daily operations including check-ins check-outs and reservations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Assist in coordinating guest activities and special events.
• Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring a warm friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Gather guest feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.

Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management Tourism or related program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
