Design Manager

Job Description

JMJ Group Holding is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and manage end-to-end design activities across construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural expertise creative vision and hands-on experience in delivering high-quality design-worthy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manage and review the design process from concept to final delivery.

• Coordinate with architects consultants and contractors to ensure design integrity and project alignment.

• Oversee design development ensure compliance with project requirements and maintain quality standards.

• Provide technical design input and ensure all drawings plans and specifications meet regulatory and industry standards.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.

• Manage timelines design revisions and approvals to support smooth project execution.

• Review materials finishes and design details to ensure consistency with project vision.

• Ensure all design documents align with construction feasibility and budget expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 8 years of architectural design experience preferably in reputable real estate hotel or design firms.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end design projects.

• Experience managing complete design cycles on construction-focused projects.

• Proficiency in design software and architectural tools.

• Excellent coordination stakeholder management and communication skills.
