IT Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. As an IT Coordinator you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our organizations IT infrastructure providing technical support and ensuring smooth operations of our systems.

• Provide firstlevel technical support to endusers troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
• Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect organizational data
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery operations
• Manage user accounts permissions and access rights
• Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and best practices

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or coordination role
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks hardware and software systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection measures
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Customerfocused approach to providing IT support
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
