Workplace Services Supervisor

General Role
Manages workplace services including office space planning employee support services and coordination of administrative functions to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.
Provides operational and technical consultancy to improve facilities efficiency and ensure sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise office layout planning and space utilization.
• Coordinate cleaning security and support services.
• Ensure workplace health and safety standards are upheld.
• Liaise with HR and administrative departments for employee service needs.
• Monitor service contracts and vendor performance.
• Develop comprehensive operation and maintenance plans.
• Formulate operational policies and procedures.
• Review preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor compliance with Health Safety and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Prepare periodic performance reports.
• Conduct staff training and knowledge transfer.

Expected Deliverables

• Workplace operation and maintenance plans.
• Asset status reports.
• Vendor and contractor performance reports.
• Costreduction recommendations.
• Training and competencybuilding programs.

Required Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities and workplace management.
• At least 3 years in a governmental or ministerial role within the State of Qatar.
• Experience managing workplace logistics and service delivery in large organizations.
• Proven experience in the government and/or institutional sectors.
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English) is a must.
