Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our finance department you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations ensuring accuracy in reporting and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
• Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes providing variance analysis and recommendations
• Oversee cash flow management and optimize working capital
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
• Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial health and operational efficiency

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial controlling preferably in a multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent financial modeling and analysis capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and improving financial processes and controls
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and analytical skills
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
