BIM Coordinator

A Construction leading provider of turnkey design-build solutions for residential commercial and industrial developments is seeking a talented and detail-orientated BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Based in Doha Qatar this is a Full-Time position ideal for a professional dedicated to innovative and cutting-edge construction practices.

As a key member of our project delivery team you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across a range of high-profile projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance project efficiency and quality aligning with our vision to be the undisputed leader in providing quality projects to both public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage BIM models ensuring they comply with project standards and client requirements.
* Collaborate effectively with architects engineers and construction teams to ensure seamless model integration.
* Perform clash detection and analysis on federated models to identify and resolve design conflicts proactively.
* Develop implement and enforce BIM documentation and workflow standards across all projects.
* Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and best practices.
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of 3D models construction drawings and project data.
* Ensure the accurate and timely integration of data from various disciplines into the central BIM model.
* Support project teams in using BIM for visualization coordination and analysis throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
* Expert proficiency in BIM software including Autodesk Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD.
* A strong understanding of BIM standards protocols and workflows such as ISO 19650.
* Experience in design-build projects across the residential commercial or industrial sectors.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* A degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or a related field is highly desirable.
