Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections across various disciplines (civil mechanical welding piping E&I) as per approved ITPs.

  • Review and verify material certificates method statements WPS drawings and specifications.

  • Maintain inspection reports NCRs punch lists and quality records for handover.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to resolve quality issues.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes (ASME API ASTM ISO IEC ACI etc.).

  • Conduct weld visual inspections (VT) for root hot pass fill and cap.

  • Verify WPS/PQR compliance and welding parameters.

  • Coordinate NDT activities (RT UT MT PT) and review results before approval.



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Instrumentation).

  • 5 years experience in multi-discipline QA/QC roles in EPC / Oil & Gas / Infrastructure projects.

  • Certifications required:

    • Bgas Gr 2

    • CSWIP 3.1 /3.2

  • Strong understanding of project inspection procedures and international code requirements.
