The Workflow Optimization Officer is responsible for analyzing designing and enhancing administrative and operational workflows across the organization to ensure efficiency compliance and alignment with strategic objectives. This role plays a key part in supporting management by streamlining processes reducing redundancies and implementing best practices in workflow management within a governmental framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of changes.
- Monitor performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari government policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Process Management Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related discipline (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in executive consulting or operational advisory roles including At least 3 years of experience in a governmental capacity within the State of Qatar.
- Strong background in workflow analysis and process improvement.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
