Workplace Services Supervisor

Manages workplace services including office space planning employee support services and coordination of administrative functions to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise office layout planning and space utilization.
  
• Coordinate cleaning security and support services.
  
• Ensure workplace health and safety standards are upheld.
  
• Liaise with HR and administrative departments for employee service needs.
  
• Monitor service contracts and vendor performance.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering Building Services or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities management including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
  
• Experience in managing workplace logistics and service delivery in large organizations.
  
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
