Facilities Operations Lead

Responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of all facility services across government buildings ensuring optimal functionality safety and efficiency in alignment with public sector standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of facility operations and maintenance programs.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure service quality.
  
• Develop and implement sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
  
• Monitor compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements.
  
• Prepare and manage operational budgets and reporting.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering Building Services or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 20 years of experience in facilities management including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
  
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale facility operations and vendor contracts.
  
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
