Decision Support Analyst

Provides analytical support to government leadership by evaluating data forecasting outcomes and guiding strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scenario analysis and predictive modeling for policy planning.
  
• Prepare decision briefs and impact assessments for executive review.
  
• Integrate financial operational and strategic data into decision models.
  
• Support inter-ministerial working groups with analytical expertise.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Analytics Statistics or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  
• Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic reporting or performance analysis including at least 3 years in a role within a Qatari government entity.
  
• Experience in aligning local reporting systems with international standards and benchmarks.
  
• Strong understanding of government planning processes and reporting requirements.
  
• Background in policy impact analysis and strategic communication with government stakeholders.
  
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
