Building Operations Supervisor

Responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of government buildings ensuring maintenance safety and service delivery standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
  
• Supervise on-site staff and contractors.
  
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  
• Support audits and inspections related to building operations.
  
• Maintain documentation and reporting for building performance.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering Building Services or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 18 years of experience in facilities management including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
  
• Strong knowledge of building systems safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
  
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
