Business Execution Specialist

Responsible for driving the execution of business strategies and operational plans ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate strategic plans into actionable business initiatives.
  
• Monitor execution progress and report on performance metrics.
  
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  
• Support change management and continuous improvement efforts.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Economics or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 15 years of experience in management support or administrative roles including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental organization within the State of Qatar.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and drive results.
  
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
