Technical Assistant – Safety & Loss Prevention

Responsibilities:

• Manage organize and control all Safety & Loss Prevention documentation as per company and regulatory standards.
  

• Prepare periodic reports and support section activities including scheduling filing and record management.
  

• Coordinate effectively with internal departments ensuring accurate information flow and compliance.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Science or Business Administration with 10 years of experience in document control technical or administrative roles within industrial or utility sectors.
  

• Experience in Safety & Loss Prevention environments and handling large volumes of documentation efficiently.
  

• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint Visio Power BI Excel) with strong English/Arabic communication skills.
