Onsite Project Manager

The Onsite Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning coordination and execution of events and activities related to the ELAN Wooden Decoration Deployment project. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations adherence to project timelines and delivery of exceptional on-site experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution and delivery of project tasks in alignment with client specifications and deadlines.

• Oversee on-site operations ensuring all activities comply with safety quality and performance standards.

• Coordinate with vendors subcontractors and internal teams for resource allocation and logistics management.

• Supervise and guide on-site staff to maintain efficiency and professionalism throughout the project.

• Ensure proper implementation of event layouts and setups based on CAD drawings and project plans.

• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure project continuity and client satisfaction.

• Maintain regular communication with the Client and Swan Global project team regarding progress challenges and updates.

• Conduct post-event or project evaluations and submit performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Experience: Proven track record in venue management event coordination or related fields.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.

• Languages: English and Arabic (preferred).

• Other Requirements: Strong organizational leadership and communication skills.
