MEPLoss Prevention Estimator

Job Description:
We are looking for an MEP/Loss Prevention Estimator (Fire Fighting) to handle cost estimation and tender preparation for MEP and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates and BOQs for mechanical electrical plumbing and firefighting systems.

• Review tender documents and ensure accurate cost analysis.

• Coordinate with vendors for updated material and equipment pricing.

• Support technical evaluations and tender clarifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 10 years of experience in MEP and fire protection estimation.

• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and local regulations.

• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel.

Contract: 12 Months
