Maintenance Manager

• Bachelors degree in engineering facilities management.
• Min 10 years experience in Facility Management background maintenance management.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software (CMMS) and technical knowledge of (MEP) electrical plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to implement compliance measures.
• Strong leadership organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
• Responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within an organization to ensure the reliability efficiency and safety of facilities machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies supervise maintenance teams manage budgets and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Focuses on minimizing downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance optimizing asset lifespan and coordinating repairs and installations.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and costs.
• Supervise and lead maintenance staff provide training schedule workloads and ensure efficient team performance.
• Manage maintenance budgets control expenses and ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inventory and costs.
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors to minimize disruption during maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards health regulations and industry best practices.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs promptly to avoid major operational disruptions.
• Analyse and improve maintenance processes continuously integrating new technologies and methods.
