Assistant Director of Spa & Recreation

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of spa fitness and recreation areas to ensure excellence in guest service and facility upkeep.

• Assist in developing and implementing wellness programs treatment menus and recreational activities.

• Support budgeting financial performance and revenue management strategies.

• Supervise train and motivate staff to maintain high service and professional standards.

• Monitor health safety and hygiene compliance across all facilities.

• Manage inventory scheduling and operational reporting.

• Address guest feedback promptly and ensure satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness and leisure experiences.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 35 years of leadership experience in spa fitness or recreation management within a luxury hotel or resort.

• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Knowledge of spa and fitness operations products and safety standards.
