Civil Engineer - Darwish Interserve Facility Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• MME (UPDA) certified
  

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• At least 7 years in Facilities Management (FM) within the Gulf region
• Minimum 3 years managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects
  

Language:

• Proficient in written and spoken English
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise civil technicians ensuring timely execution of maintenance tasks
• Liaise with the QMs Representative to align on project scope and priorities
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations across worksites
• Plan and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Maintain and manage records technical documentation and asset inventory
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
• Update and maintain as-built documentation for all structural changes
• Prepare monthly look-ahead maintenance programs and annual spare parts budgets
