Mechanical Engineer - Darwish Interserve Facility Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• MME (UPDA) certified
  

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• 7 years in FM in the Gulf
• 3 years on large-scale mechanical projects
  

Specialized Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of elevators escalators pumps plumbing systems and irrigation
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance of mechanical systems and infrastructure
• Ensure effective operations of hydraulic and plumbing systems
• Diagnose system failures and implement long-term fixes
• Coordinate testing commissioning and upgrades of mechanical equipment
• Maintain compliance with operational safety and performance standards
• Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
