Job Title: Tech Lead – Mobile App Development

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and visionary Tech Lead to lead our mobile app development team. You will drive the technical direction architecture and quality of our Android and iOS apps ensuring world-class user experiences and scalable maintainable codebases. As a Tech Lead you’ll balance leadership and mentorship with deep technical expertise collaborating closely with product managers designers and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers across iOS and Android platforms.
• Own the technical architecture and development standards for mobile applications.
• Guide the team in adopting best practices in performance security and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews sprint planning and continuous delivery processes.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging mobile technologies where relevant.
• Ensure high-quality releases by establishing robust testing and deployment
• pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
  

Requirements

• 5 years of professional mobile development experience (React Native).
• 2 years in technical leadership or team lead role.
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture design patterns (MVC MVVM
• etc.) and APIs.
• Strong experience with CI/CD version control and testing frameworks.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead by example and inspire engineering excellence.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior experience launching apps at scale with significant user bases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Firebase AWS Azure).
• UI/UX sensibility and collaboration experience with designers.
