Planning and project Control Manager

• Lead the planning and control efforts across all phases of major projects.
  

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress reports.
  

• Ensure alignment between project goals timelines and resource allocation.
  

• Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project transparency and accountability.
  

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on project performance data.
  

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in planning scheduling reporting and project control functions for major projects.
  

• At least 5 years of experience managing projects of similar magnitude or complexity.
  

• Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project control software tools.
  

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  

• Strong ability to interface across all organizational levels with a clear understanding of project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  

• Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.
