Job Title: Gym Instructor ( Personal Trainer )

Reports to: Assistant Recreation Manager

Job Function/ Description:

• Gym Instructor is responsible for guiding clients in their fitness journey ensuring Safety and effectiveness in exercise routines.
• They provide personalized fitness assessments create tailored workout plans and demonstrate proper exercise techniques.
• Their duties include monitoring client progress offering motivation and support maintaining gym equipment and ensuring a clean and safe workout environment.
• Additionally they may lead group fitness classes and provide nutritional advice.
• Strong communication skills a passion for fitness and relevant certifications are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
for the implementation and design of individual training programs for members
for the continued assessment and development of individual training programs
for ensuring each member completes a medical screening questionnaire prior to exercise.
for the administering of any necessary First Aid.
for the completion of the daily Gym Standards Check list.
for ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to maintain a safe area for our gym users to work out.
the day-to-day activity in the Gym Area Complaints Change of programs new gym users and their conditions etc.
implement the Rules and Regulations of the Gym to all users.
with other Gym Instructors to create comprehensive fitness programs.
feedback and recommendations to Members for continued improvement.
create a positive and fun atmosphere for all Gym users.

Qualifications Required
in Personal training from a recognized organization.
experience in Fitness Training.
required: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in GCC.
Aid and CPR certifications required.
