Job Title: Zumba Trainer

Reports to Assistant Recreation Manager

Job Function/ Description:

• Responsible for leading Zumba fitness classes providing high-energy dance workouts that incorporate various dance styles aerobic movements and music genres.
• Your primary role will be to motivate and inspire Club Members to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a safe and enjoyable workout environment.
  

Key Responsibilities:
Zumba fitness classes in accordance with established schedules and formats.
and choreograph Zumba routines that incorporate a variety of dance styles.
clear and concise instructions to Club Members ensuring they understand proper form and technique while performing exercises.
and encourage Members to maximize their workout efforts and achieve their fitness goals.
a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes and encourages participation .
exercises and routines to accommodate members with varying fitness levels abilities and physical limitations.
a high level of energy enthusiasm and passion for Zumba and fitness.
the safety of all members by monitoring their movements and providing corrections as needed to prevent injury.
updated on current fitness trends Zumba choreography and music to keep classes fresh and engaging.
a clean and organized workout space.
excellent customer service by addressing participant inquiries concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
with Gym to promote Zumba classes and attract new participants.
training workshops seminars and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge related to Zumba and fitness instruction.
to all company SOP’s and safety guidelines.

Qualifications Required
in Physical Educationor a related field.
2. Certification as a Zumba Instructor from a recognized organization.
3. Previous experience teaching group fitness classes.
4. Experience required: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
5. CPR and first aid certification preferred.
