R040 SUPERVISOR ROTATING EQUIPMENT

Supervisor Educational Requirements: • Fluent knowledge of English language (Speak Read and Write). • Three years’ technical engineering degree/diploma in mechanical engineering (polytechnic/HND) will be preferred • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field Job Description (but not limited to): • Ability to carry out independently overhauling alignment & trouble shooting of centrifugal and reciprocating compressors Centrifugal and reciprocating Pumps Gear Boxes Belt Conveyors Screw conveyors Vibratory screens Pneumatic Conveying System Pneumatic Cylinders Hydraulic Power packs Hydraulic cylinders etc. • Ability to read drawings and instructions to install/remove overhaul rotating equipment or parts. • Ability to read mechanical components and structural drawing. • Ability to set align and install/remove rotating equipment or parts. • Possess Basic knowledge of maintenance of EOT Cranes Crane Hoist and crane components. • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems and to request required spare parts. • Understands and apply plant HSE standards and maintenance procedures while performing work. • Ability to work with SAP will be advantage. • Support Maintenance and REs in reviewing and validating critical spares which involves data verification SAP work and coordination with maintenance and WH teams. • Spares identification and BOM verification or SAP data review activities
