• BIM Capability is Mandatory (EIR-PWA)

• Previous Approval from PWA is preferable
• Duration: 24 Months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise architectural works across building construction projects (residential commercial hospitality or mixed-use).

• Review develop and finalize architectural design drawings shop drawings materials specifications and finishes.

• Coordinate closely with structural MEP and other discipline engineers to ensure seamless design integration and execution.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure architectural works are carried out as per approved drawings quality standards and project specifications.

• Oversee selection and approval of architectural materials finishes mock-ups and samples.

• Identify and resolve design and technical issues managing modifications and design clarifications (RFI).

• Ensure compliance with local building codes authority regulations and project requirements.

• Monitor project progress and support planning for resources schedules and work execution.

• Participate in testing commissioning snagging and final handover of completed works.

• Coordinate with consultants contractors and clients for design approval and project execution.
