• UPDA : Grade A
• BIM Capability is Mandatory (EIR-PWA)
• Consultant Experience
• Buildings Experience
• Previous Approval from PWA is preferable
• Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review structural designs calculations and detailed drawings for buildings (RC & steel).

• Coordinate with architects MEP engineers and other disciplines to ensure design compatibility.

• Conduct structural analysis using engineering software (e.g. ETABS STAAD SAFE SAP2000 AutoCAD).

• Review and approve shop drawings bar bending schedules (BBS) and material submittals.

• Inspect site works to ensure construction follows approved drawings specifications and standards.

• Monitor concrete works formwork shoring rebar placement and other structural activities.

• Ensure compliance with local codes and international standards (BS ACI ASCE Eurocode).

• Identify and resolve design and construction issues through technical discussions.

• Prepare method statements technical reports and project documentation.

• Coordinate with contractors consultants and project management teams on progress and issues.

• Ensure implementation of quality and safety standards at site.
