QAQC Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team for ongoing oil & gas and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with QatarEnergy projects and a strong understanding of quality control inspection procedures and project specifications in the EPC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and inspection plans in compliance with project requirements.
• Review and approve ITPs method statements and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections coordinate with clients and subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor welding coating hydrotesting and fabrication activities for compliance with approved procedures.
• Manage NCRs corrective actions and quality documentation.
• Support project teams during audits surveillance and handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy and international codes and standards (ASME API ISO etc.).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Civil or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in QA/QC roles within oil & gas or industrial EPC projects.
• Previous experience in QatarEnergy projects is highly preferred.
• Certified in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor; additional certifications (CSWIP NDT Level II BGAS etc.) are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation testing procedures and project handover requirements.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
