Facility Operator

The Facility Operator HVAC is responsible for the daily operation inspection and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor HVAC systems chillers AHUs and PACU units.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Identify and report equipment malfunctions.

• Maintain operational logs and records.

• Support troubleshooting and basic repairs under supervision.

• Comply with safety environmental and maintenance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.

• Basic understanding of PACU VRF and control systems.

• Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).

Contract: 3 Months
