Job Description: Project Manager (Qatar)

Position: Project Manager

Location: Qatar

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience.
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager handling similar or related projects.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan execute monitor and close projects in accordance with defined scope timelines and budgets.
  

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  

• Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation plans.
  

• Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and internal stakeholders.
  

• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements company policies and local regulations in Qatar.
  

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  

• Manage project documentation change requests and approvals effectively.
  

• Ensure quality standards safety requirements and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
  

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid).
  

Preferred:

• PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
  

• Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region.
