Finance Manager Perm

• Lead financial strategy formulation aligned with the institutions business goals.
• Advise the CEO/DCEO on financial performance liquidity management financial planning capital structuring and investment decisions.
• Oversee long-term budgeting forecasting financial modeling and MIS reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements management reports and regulatory returns in compliance with QCB regulations and applicable accounting standards (e.g. IFRS) ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Liaise with QCB examiners and external/internal auditors during inspections and reviews.

Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or Economics; MBA is a plus.

Must: Professional certifications such as CPA CA CMA ACCA or CFA.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience with a proven track record in leadership roles within regulated financial institutions.

At least 5 years in a senior finance or managerial capacity
