Call Centre Specialist - 1 year contract

• Provide customer support in both Arabic and English via phone email and chat.
• Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries coverage details premium payments renewals and claims.
• Explain insurance products and services clearly and accurately to Arabic-speaking customers.
• Handle policy updates cancellations and documentation requests efficiently.
• Support customers through the claims filing process and follow up on claim status.
• Record all customer interactions and updates in CRM systems with accuracy.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies regulatory standards and confidentiality protocols.
• Collaborate with internal departments (claims underwriting sales) to resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products when appropriate.
• Deliver professional and empathetic service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Employment type- outsource for 1 year (extension depending upon the project scope)

Must be open to working Rotatiotal shifts
